Whistler SaunaCo started with a simple idea: bring the centuries-old tradition of sauna bathing to the breathtaking landscapes of British Columbia's West Coast.
Founded in 2021, we handcraft each of our saunas using locally sourced Western red cedar. Every detail, from the curve of the bench to the placement of the stove, is designed to create an experience that feels both ancient and entirely modern.
Rooted in wellness
We believe that heat therapy is one of the simplest, most effective ways to improve both physical and mental health. Regular sauna use has been linked to reduced inflammation, better sleep, and lower stress.
